  Incredibly incompetent. If an UPS package is delivered to your house and it's sent to the wrong address, this ups store won't take "returns". I have to call corporate and schedule the same ups people to pick up the package that's already at an ups store. Love driving through post Blizzard conditions to have 4 employees stare blankly at me when pointing out this ridiculous policy.

  Absolutely terrible experience with UPS. When I booked a small 1.5 lb package from NJ to TN, UPS clearly showed a 4-day delivery timeline. Four days passed, and the package is still stuck with the same “in progress” status, with no real movement or update. Now the tracking just keeps changing dates with no accountability. When I contacted customer service, the experience got even worse. The representative was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic, bluntly saying, “It’s ground service, it’s always like that. Dates change every day and we can’t do anything.” If that’s how UPS operates, then why show a delivery estimate at all? That response alone shows how little they care about customers. Charging $31 for a tiny 1.5 lb box and then providing service that feels like it was shipped for free is unacceptable. No reliability, no transparency, and zero customer respect. UPS has become completely unreliable and unprofessional. If you value your time, money, or sanity, look for another shipping company.
