    The customer service at this Staples is honestly disappointing. The staff is unprofessional and straight-up rude—no greeting, no “welcome,” not even a simple smile. Every interaction feels like they’re bothered to help, as if they’re doing customers a favor instead of providing basic service. It gets even worse if you’re there for an Amazon return. They treat you with attitude and impatience, making a simple process feel unpleasant. This location seriously needs better training in customer service and basic courtesy. Definitely not returning anytime soon.
