I would give 0 if I could, getting me excited for my package only to push the date for weeks. Going back and forth between the same 2 centers only to be ignored for every delivery in the morning and pushed to the next day each time. Truly awful.

I am not surprised by the overall 2.1 rating. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and unfortunately I had an extremely disappointing experience here today. The supervisor, Isabel, demonstrated shockingly poor customer service. She was rude and unprofessional. I came in to ship two packages, both of which were already boxed and taped. The associate at the counter asked me to write the “To” and “From” information on the boxes, which I immediately began doing. While I was actively completing this (with urgency), Isabel interrupted me with a “five-minute warning” because they were closing. I apologized and explained that I was almost finished. Less than thirty seconds later, she felt the need to interrupt again, rudely reminding me that they were closing and adding commentary about how long they had been working and how they wanted to go home. She then lectured me about being “prepared and on time,” despite the fact that I arrived while the store was still open. There was no need for the hostility. A simple, respectful interaction would have sufficed. Customer-facing roles require a basic level of professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately that was completely lacking in this interaction. Isabel, kindness costs nothing. Your ugly behavior today only enhanced what’s seen on the outside. If you’re unhappy in your position, find a new one. Experiences like this only reinforce the poor reputation this location already has.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to so I could write this review. When I. 1st walked in you could see that the guy had a nasty attitude because there was a guy that was in front of me. The man was trying to ask him what he needed to do to send a package back and the guy behind the counter tells the man I don’t know your going to have to call the company when all the man needed to do was write on the package the address where the package was going. So on the package the same thing needed to be done I had 2 packages going to the same place can you believe that I had to write the address in the envelope and then he printed out a label and charge me $4.00 when it could have been done for free. It really wasn’t the money it was the fact how unhelpful he was and the attitude he had bc after I wrote out out the address he printed out a label and put it on my package so now this was Tuesday if you need to go to the post office in Franklin try to go to the one by the ShopRite there very nice there and are very helpful. I hope that this helps out someone the arrangement that should have never been I know he was there at 3:00 not sure of his hours. He works for us the public we should not be treated like this. And I will make sure I call tomorrow to speak to his manager. If you don’t like your job don’t waste our money that pays you you make good money to be treating people like that you should be fired it was not only me you were nasty to it was also the man in front of me but he was so old he just listened to your nasty self and had to go back home and get the address when u had it right in front of you. You should be ashamed of yourself and I know unknorw who Iam unless this Happens to you often it I will be calling to speak to act then. You know that saying mean people s—k well that’s you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst mail service ever. I sometimes can't open my front door because it is blocked by a package and I regularly get mail that isn't mine
