I keep having to come from Newton and check my old apartments mailbox to make sure that I don't have any potential important mail in it before someone else gets it because they can't stop delivering my mail there despite me filling out an address change both in person and online. I had the same issue a year ago where my mail would take forever to start getting sent to me and not my old address. The manager and workers doesn't seem to care and are incompetent. I've never had this issue any place else.
