    The location seriously needs to do something about this female worker. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is embarrassing. This female employee does not do her job, AND she talks on the phone while she’s on duty. She didn’t want to perform a simple take of putting international stamps on the envelopes. She laid the stamps on the desk and continued to chat on her phone without acknowledging me. I had to ask if everything is set, then she told me to put the stamps myself. The only staff who is helpful is the male member. Not sure if those “service rating” display on the payment section is even getting reported.

    I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the staff and management at this location. On November 8, 2025, the same female employee who had issues previously once again refused to perform her duties. She refused to scan my items and declined to carry or move boxes that are part of her job responsibilities (approximately 15 oz each). Despite these repeated incidents, her supervisor continues to allow this behavior and appears indifferent to the impact on customer service and workplace standards. This reflects very poorly on the management of this location. I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure better accountability and professionalism.
