We were past the same day cut off but Kathy went above and beyond for us and completed the invitations printed and cut them. My son was thrilled to be able to take them to school today! FedEx was able to not only take my files, but Hope helped me with the project I was trying to get printed that I had spent hours on in Photoshop and formatted it perfectly for the cover of the project. When I came back to pick up my prints for the booklet, the size wasn’t what I thought because of the template I was using. Yale helped me and printed multiple samples to find a size/scale that worked for my needs. She also had my order printed again right then and there so I didn’t have to come back to the store. I cannot recommend them enough, and they are so extremely helpful. Despite having some weird files, they got what I needed! Thank you so much!
