The Korean woman (who seems to be the only employee ever there) is SO unhelpful and tries to get customers to spend money unnecessarily. I needed a piece of tape on my package as the tape had come undone on the car ride there and instead of being helpful, the worker told me to COME BACK with the package sealed. I told her that this is a POST OFFICE that my tax dollars go to so I should be able to get bare minimum customer service and be offered a piece of tape to seal my package but no… I was then told that if I didn’t want to go home and come back I could PURCHASE tape strips. I watched her tape up my package as she lied about the location not having any tape on hand to use while staring at the massive tape dispenser next to her desk area. So beyond unhelpful and awful at her job I’m not sure why this USPS prides itself on incompetence and dreadful customer service but it’s clear they don’t care enough about its customers or else they’d do something by now.
