- EBEmily BNov 8, 20251.0I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the staff and management at this location. On November 8, 2025, the same female employee who had issues previously once again refused to perform her duties. She refused to scan my items and declined to carry or move boxes that are part of her job responsibilities (approximately 15 oz each). Despite these repeated incidents, her supervisor continues to allow this behavior and appears indifferent to the impact on customer service and workplace standards. This reflects very poorly on the management of this location. I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure better accountability and professionalism.
