Except for one weirdo who insists on talking like he’s an AI assistant. That dude is so weird and the reason why I’m taking business elsewhere. Everyone else at the store is great. I know he doesn’t talk like that because he’s broken character when asked a question he just thinks that when he’s on the job he has to talk in that manner and it really pisses me off

There were at least 20 people in line, but Daniel kept the line moving quickly and calmly without making anyone feel rushed. He was the only associate working as his coworker called out sick. I was very impressed that Daniel kept the mood in the store calm and lighthearted - not a single person waiting in line lost their patience. I just thought Daniel deserved a shoutout and I hope management knows how great he is!
