  I visited the store recently, and I encountered a rather strange experience with the staff. While most of them were friendly, one cashier came across as overly uptight. I was trying to return a pair of shoes and was surprised when the cashier began to push various packaging options on me, including professional packing services, for a total of about $18. This price included not only a box but also a pre-paid shipping label. What struck me as odd was when the cashier insisted that I couldn't return the shoes without proper packaging—essentially, a box. He explained that they wouldn’t accept the original shoe box on its own, which seemed excessive. When I requested to buy a box and some tape, I was met with a firm refusal, as he informed me that I was not allowed to pack my package inside the store. This meant I had to step outside to assemble my box, which felt rather inconvenient and unusual. Overall, it left me feeling a bit perplexed about the store's policies and the level of service provided. It was definitely an experience I didn’t expect while trying to return a simple product!

  직원분들이 하나같이 정말 친절해서 들어갈 때부터 기분 좋아짐 ㅎㅎ 설명도 차분하게 잘 해주고 처리도 빠릿빠릿해서 믿음이 가는 편임. 택배나 프린트 같은 일 처리할 때 스트레스가 전혀 없는 곳임. 동네에 이런 UPS Store가 있어서 꽤 든든하게 느껴짐임. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. They explain everything clearly and handle requests efficiently. Easily one of the best UPS Store experiences I’ve had.

  Most of the time I come in the service very pleasant and welcoming. Provide with help when at the need.Did not get the gentleman a name but he helped me with a package which I was struggling with Amazon customer service

  They're always quick efficient helpful and kind. This location I go to is a little out of the way for me the one in Fort Lee and I go to it time and time again.
