  I came here to print a personal project after being turned away from Staples for not having the correct files. FedEx was able to not only take my files, but Hope helped me with the project I was trying to get printed that I had spent hours on in Photoshop and formatted it perfectly for the cover of the project. When I came back to pick up my prints for the booklet, the size wasn’t what I thought because of the template I was using. Yale helped me and printed multiple samples to find a size/scale that worked for my needs. She also had my order printed again right then and there so I didn’t have to come back to the store. I cannot recommend them enough, and they are so extremely helpful. Despite having some weird files, they got what I needed! Thank you so much!

  I had a great experience at this fed ex location today. The employee who helped me was Dylan. I had a few large paintings that needed to be packed and shipped out and he took the time to help me and make sure it was done right. Great customer service !

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at this FedEx shipping center. The individual behind the counter was consistently rude, dismissive, and displayed a smug, unwelcoming attitude that made the experience uncomfortable from start to finish. There was no greeting or acknowledgment upon arrival, no basic courtesy, and no effort to assist in a professional or respectful manner. Instead, I felt rushed, treated as an inconvenience, and subtly pressured to leave as quickly as possible, as though simply requesting service was an unwelcome disruption. Questions were met with irritation rather than assistance, and the overall demeanor suggested a complete lack of interest in customer care. Common expectations such as clear communication, patience, eye contact, and a respectful tone were noticeably absent. Customer interactions felt transactional at best and discourteous at worst, creating an environment that is neither welcoming nor service-oriented. Given the abundance of alternative shipping options available, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. Professionalism and basic respect should be the minimum standard for customer service, and unfortunately, this location falls far short of that expectation.
