  Do me a favor do not tell me who has to help me and who doesn’t and then you don’t have anyone else available as you’re standing there behind a computer doing nothing so do not tell me someone has to help me that I do not like because that’s the only one there as you were standing there I guess the manager of the night Doing nothing do not go there I spent 45 minutes in there because he told me to wait for this certain person I waited there as he tells me there’s a fee didn’t tell me that 45 minutes ago as I’m figuring out the computer which I cannot she’s free as he told me she’s gonna help me and now she’s telling me he’s gonna help me make up your mind and who’s gonna help you do me a favor maybe that’s why you had such a low rating Very sad that Maria and all the other ones have left because those were the good ones now I don’t know any of these people And be fortunate I’m not using names but when someone tells you no I don’t wanna speak to him take that as OK let me find someone else to help you you don’t tell me your rules so this is why I’m going to STAPLES still missed the old STAPLES that was in town

  An absolutely horrible experience with Holly, I needed only three sheets printed to scale and she insisted that she knew what she was doing. When I picked up the sheets, 30 minutes before a meeting, it was incorrect. She was not willing to try to resolve the issue and asked me to leave the store. Horrible experience and unprofessional staff, to top it off she was the store manager. Reached out her manager Tim, no responss. Absolutely incompetent people behind the counter who are argumentative insisting they know better than the customer.

  Recieved horrible service and lost 40 dollars because I’m illiterate when it come certain technology’s a gentlemen try to help but stated it was hard because it was on my phone but he tried the manager heavy lady I believe she was! was horrible I ask her for help cause last year I gave a young lady who worked there maybe that’s why she’s not there my codes and she would print 32 pages and charge me year before it was a gentlemen so when I ask her for this kind of assistance she said she couldn’t then she stated something was down but she was on it but ok her store her job but I lost 40 dollars cause I kept printing same one or either missing pages or month and mist of all kept running out of time. ! it was bank statements it was 32 pages.which I didn’t get cause I gave up I told her I couldn’t do 5 at a time which is what she suggested I tryed but failed!! But because I was in a rush made her aware place was busy she stated next time come with time that was not for her to answer loud too then she told a Korean man who needed help with a printer that was acting up same thing she told him . she was helping an older woman who also didn’t know much and she was annoyed help yes helped but annoyed! Like what kind of staff is working there must be tolerated is all I see that’s why she’s the manager or supervisor or assistant manager But it was horrible but thank you fedex thank god there’s others I was always treated correct that’s why I went back not if this woman is there I’m not complying for anyone to lose there job it’s just horrible service for costumers it’s not free my money I’m paying
