But whoever you had working on 10/18 around 12:30 were completely incompetent. I brought in two packages to mail, which already had the addresses written on them. The two people behind the counter asked if I needed a bar code printed out. When I explained that I usually ship them as is they told me that they had to print out a label. The way they were explaining it, they seemed to imply that it cost extra for them to print out the shipping label. I repeated that I had always mailed out my packages this way and they didn’t seem to understand what they needed to do. They told me that usually customers just tell them the address and then they print out the label and put it on the box. There seemed to be a lot of confusion so I took my packages and mailed them USPS. Perhaps they just didn’t know how to process a package that already had the address written on it? (Which is insane for someone working at a UPS store) And they definitely did not know how to explain themselves clearly. More training is definitely needed.
