This was the most unprofessional office I have ever visited. Upon walking into the service area the clerk (Nique) was on her phone. Another clerk was helping a customer so I stood on line awaiting my turn. The clerk on her phone (Nique) noticed me and said next. I approached the counter and asked her a question about stamps. She begin to process something in the system and I noticed the screen was reading as if I was shipping a package. At that point I restated, I only need to know how many stamps, as I assumed she may not have understood my question. The clerk (Nique) then snapped at me, “I know!, you have to wait I don’t know the information in my head!” I then calmly removed my package from the weight and ask to speak with a manager. As a paying customer her response was unacceptable. The clerk (Nique) mumbled something under her breath then told me to wait in the hallway. I responded that I would wait there for the manger. Then the clerk (Nique) told me I would have to ring the bell for the manager. I rung the bell twice as it took some time for the manager to arrive. After not arriving to the door I reentered the service area and asked the other clerk who was helping customers if I could speak with a manager. She responded, my manager (Melissa) is asking me what this is about. I experienced poor customer service all around from this location. The manager (Melissa) eventually came to the door and I asked her about the procedure to file a formal complaint as the clerk was rude. The manager (Melissa) dismissively told me I would need to call the 1-800 number. After interacting with her I was no longer surprised by the poor customer service I received from the clerk (Nique) she manages.

No clerk manning the front desk for long periods at a time. When they’re there it’s still super slow. Advise to use USPS in another town.

Horrible. Most of the time it’s closed, even when it says it’s open. The indoor service is super slow and has terrible service
