I contacted the post office troght their website. The postmaster Crystal contacted me, telling me to stop by with my ID and that the mail will be given to me. She was great and prompted my request, and I was able to get my mail without issues.

So, what would you do? Grab another roll and help the customer, right? Oh no, they wanted to charge me $$ for the tape. Are you kidding me!!! You are a post office, you should have tape etc. The guy that helped me looked clueless. Never liked this location. Sad they dont have employees working there that care. They really dont want to be there, its obvious.

I even called the head office to complain last year and he acknowledged the fact and apparently did nothing about it. I was using Staples for USPS but now that they stopped I have to go back to miserable land.
