Instead of receiving help or empathy, I was told, “Why are you shouting? We are not delivery persons and not responsible.” I was also asked to come back next week to check with a case manager. No effort was made to connect me with anyone who could help or resolve the issue. I want to be very clear that I was not shouting. I was anxious and seeking help because the delay has a serious impact on my immigration process, where timing is extremely critical. Being dismissed in this manner made me feel uncomfortable, unheard, and deeply distressed. I am not blaming any individual employee. However, the lack of professionalism, empathy, and ownership shown today was unacceptable. When customers are dealing with time-sensitive legal documents, they deserve respect, understanding, and proactive assistance, not dismissal. Because of this delay and treatment: • I have lost valuable time • The impact on my immigration case is significant • I am extremely disappointed with the service experience

Every time I go in there he always greets me with a smile and is always willing to come out to my car to lift heavy packages as needed. I always have so many Amazon returns that I'm bringing back and Robin always has the no problem attitude and I'm really grateful for that. The Flemington UPS store is by far the best UPS store I've ever come across and I think Robin sets a standard for excellent customer service and will be wonderful in training new hires. He deserves a spa day and a raise.
