- SSSRHAug 12, 20241.0This Post Office is the worst Post Office I have ever joined for mail service. They are never open at 6am for self-service, and they close before 5 pm all the time.
- BJBernadette JohnsonFeb 13, 20212.0The people who work here are not very friendly, professional or courteous. They are supposed to close at 12pm on Saturdays. Today I got there at 11:45 and was the last customer allowed in. The clerk locked the doors and told the people in the lobby who needed to leave that they had to wait for her to unlock the doors. She then proceeded to wait on three more people before she went and unlocked the doors to let them LEAVE. At this point there was a line of people outside wanting to get in because it was not noon yet and she told them there were no more people allowed in because she was the only one here. She locked the doors and once again waited on the rest of the customers before she would let us out. I work in customer service too and sometimes you have to give a little extra. If she would have stayed 15 min extra she would have been able to get all the people who were waiting outside. This is why I take the extra time to go to the Chester post office where they are more customer oriented.
- AMAnselmo MillanDec 11, 20195.0God help you if you share your address with another residence, i.e. 105A and 105B, because it is an absolute gamble if you will receive your mail or your neighbor's. If your neighbor is nice enough to return your letters, you may eventually get your mail; otherwise, make sure all of your important letters/packages require signature upon delivery. Oh and be ready to return half of your mail to the post office as it will be your neighbor's and not your own. Updated Review: I'm upgrading my review from 1 star to 5 as the mail carrier that sparked my original review has since retired. My new mail carrier is fantastic. I no longer receive my neighbor's mail and no longer have to worry about them receiving mine.
- MTMihaela TufaDec 4, 20181.0This place lost my package and do nothing to find it; some imbeciles who deliver packages on Sunday claim the package was placed in the mailbox; I went today to the post office to ask them to find the package and they said would afk the mailman to check if it is in another mailbox; I called later and these guys do not even pick up the phone. Tomorrow is closed because of mourning day but I have to go back there on Thursday
- CWChris WOct 23, 20131.0This store stole my iphone!!! My iphone I bought was shipped from here. Did the footwork and tracking shows it was turned in here, and then "lost" and never left this store. The sender is a well-known sender of iphones through this post office, so one of the employees, by my deduction, stole the iphone I was supposed to get in the mail. Thanks a lot jerks!
