However, they consistently print a single receipt for all items. I have explained this requirement to them on multiple occasions, yet they persist in making the same mistake. Specifically, the supervisor, who is extremely rude, fails to adhere to this protocol. Her behavior is unacceptable, particularly considering her role. Furthermore, her inability to communicate effectively in English exacerbates the issue. I believe this may be a primary contributor to the problem. It is essential that the company considers replacing her, as her performance is subpar, and her behavior is unprofessional. Unfortunately, I have experienced firsthand the consequences of her incompetence, having lost two packages valued at over $600. This incident resulted in my account being suspended due to non-delivery to my clients. As a same-day delivery service provider, I rely on efficient and competent logistics partners. The failures of this particular location have caused undue hardship, and I hope that corrective action will be taken to address these issues.😡😡😡😡
