- NRNicole RicciAug 6, 20255.0Wow I cannot say enough amazing things!!! I had an AWFUL experience Monday in Cranford trying to do a name change on my passport. I walked in and no one wanted to help me despite having an appointment, and they also told me I had the wrong form (it ended up being the correct form). After 45 minutes, my gut told me to leave and go to another post office. I walked into Fanwood today and was so pleasantly greeted by Evans who told me I indeed had the right form and walked me through the entire process. He was so wonderful and knowledgeable, and I am so happy my instincts told me to try another post office. Had I submitted my application the way they were advising, I would have received a rejection letter and wouldn’t have my passport in time for my vacation. Highly recommend Fanwood. They are truly wonderful here.
