Went to the Fairview Post Office today for a passport and the manager was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Got everything done in a timely manner and explained the steps to me on how to follow up afterwards. Was very pleased with my experience today. 👍🏾

If I could give a 0 star rating , I would. This post office is very poorly run. The staff, including the post master provide erroneous information and are rude. I went there Tuesday am to have pictures taken and drop off form for passport card replacement as I lost the original. Was told I needed to bring my passport and not return before 2:30. Returned today with my passport only to be told I had to bring my citizenship. No one told me this. And the post master had the audacity to tell me that he heard when the employee told me. That is not true. This post office gives people a hard time when renewing passports. They dislike the process. I went there with a friend a few months ago. She needed pictures. A rude young woman told us she couldn’t take the picture bec she was alone. So we told her that’s fine we’ll get the picture at nearby Walgreen. When we returned she refused to take care of my friend. Today when I complained about the lack of proper instruction as another customer jumped in saying: “ they are rude also.” And they are rude, for sure. Not returning to this place.

The worst post office the manager Mike issac has to be the ruddhist person terrible at customer service .told me for the 3rd time that I can't ship a 3.4 oz fragrance via ground. When the limit is 16 oz. Treats his employees terribly.Probably That's the reason I always see a new person working in this location. Go elsewhere and report this guy usps is an American iconic company that needs the best working for them since there's so many competition.Mike issac is not usps material.

shipped a driveshaft from my vehicle while it’s still on the lift using their priority mail 3 day shipping on July 30th. Item has yet to be delivered and is currently now lost as it’s been more then 2 weeks for an update. Insurance can’t even reimburse as my driveshaft was worth $650, the insurance only covers $100. Even a missing mail search request it provided no updates or protections to finding my lost package. Now I’m down currently $1300 as I had to pay for my item twice.
