I went there Tuesday am to have pictures taken and drop off form for passport card replacement as I lost the original. Was told I needed to bring my passport and not return before 2:30. Returned today with my passport only to be told I had to bring my citizenship. No one told me this. And the post master had the audacity to tell me that he heard when the employee told me. That is not true. This post office gives people a hard time when renewing passports. They dislike the process. I went there with a friend a few months ago. She needed pictures. A rude young woman told us she couldn’t take the picture bec she was alone. So we told her that’s fine we’ll get the picture at nearby Walgreen. When we returned she refused to take care of my friend. Today when I complained about the lack of proper instruction as another customer jumped in saying: “ they are rude also.” And they are rude, for sure. Not returning to this place.
