- LHlisset hidalgoFeb 11, 20261.0Very disappointed with the customer service at USPS Fair Lawn on 02/11/26 at 2:30 PM. The woman who assisted me was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I approached the counter. Instead of greeting me properly, she immediately told me the appointment I scheduled online was unnecessary and handed me the forms with an awful attitude, offering no guidance whatsoever. After completing everything on my own, I politely said thank you, and she literally turned her face away and ignored me. If you work in customer service, basic courtesy and professionalism should be the minimum. This behavior was unacceptable.

I rarely go here but when I do it's never smooth. Clerks are nice but managers are very rude. You ask them to please do something about the thirty minutes waiting and they snap at you.
