- TRTony RamosAug 12, 20251.0I never use humans at the post office; I usually use the self-checkout machine because of the same reason I am writing this review. The self-checkout machine was out of service yesterday, so I had no choice but to use the lazy humans. I went to the window and placed all my packages on the edge of the window and asked the mail lady if she could scan my packages. She was busy chatting with her friend on the phone (how rude of me). She rolled her eyes and said, “you must place the packages one by one on the scale.” I guess handling packages is not in her job description and neither is customer service. It’s sad that with so many people willing to work and are unable to get a job, it is unfortunate that we have deal with lazy people like this. I will continue to use the self-checkout machines because they don’t have attitudes, they are not on their cell phones while they work, they don’t complain, they are not rude, and they actually do work. Perhaps one day that’s all there will be there and then that's when the crying starts and the complaints of how “they are mistreated and are the victims of the unjust society they live in.” Ridiculous really…
