Rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. I wish I could give zero stars. My husband went in to drop off prepaid packages for my family. No one else in the place except for employees in the back. One said they’d be with him in a moment. After standing there for a good 3 minutes, he was yelled at by that same employee. She said, “Don’t you listen? I said leave packages there and I’ll get them in a minute.” He was kinda startled and replied “so just leave them here?” She responded with “yea now get out and go about your business” No offer of a receipt or anything else. He took video of waiting for over 2 minutes. He should have asked for a receipt anyway but he didn’t want to know the response to that! I’m glad I have tracking and pictures of the packages left on the counter! This is our post office?? What a shame!!!!

I went in this morning to try and mail a couple of flat rate boxes. Over the blaring evangelical Christian music, the surly clerk acted like I’d asked for her first born child. No tape. No help. This is great service – not!

Clerk #89 at the 555 Grand Ave, Ewing NJ was kind, quick and professional in assisting me getting my packages mailed such a good experience especially since it was 1 hour before closing. GREAT JOB!

As an ardent supporter of the postal service, it pains me to say this is not a good branch. The personnel are friendly enough, not particularly warm, and I have found that if you are fortunate enough to walk in and have two workers at the counter, they would much rather converse with each other than with the customer. However, this is rare. Usually, there is one at the window or none. This branch seems to suffer from understaffing. Anything other than the purchase of stamps is extremely time consuming, and I can only assume that, due to a lack of staffing, there is NO sense of urgency. A visit to this office can be likened to a DMV visit. Pack your patience, bring a book...I'm not sure if they close the counter for lunch, but I have had the unfortunate luck to show up, midday, lobby open, counter closed. The stamp selection is poor and extremely limited. It may be posted in the display case, but chances are highly likely they are out of it. I'll stop short of saying this office should be closed. It's not my closest branch, but being a larger one and convenient to other locations, I do try to patronize this office. We need and should support our local postal service, and to that end, I hope some additional resources will be allocated to this branch for staffing and services. Until that time, I, however, will just go to the Titusville or Washington Crossings office.

West Trenton office.. The nicest staff there. Especially the ladies.. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I ship a lot of things over seas and they have helped me so much with pricing and any special handling. Appreciate you and your smiles.
