You’d never know if they were having a bad day because they welcome you with a warm hello and a smile. You ask a question and they don’t roll their eyes or make you feel like an idiot, unlike the people who work the counter at Caldwell and West Caldwell post offices. Recently I had the misfortune of having to go to the Caldwell post office. I was quickly reminded why I avoid that location. Keep up the good work EF!
