We bought my dad in to renew his passport and he is wheelchair bound they were both helpful with giving him access to the building and throughout the whole process. From the bottom of my heart I thank you ladies for your generosity!!!

- KGK GApr 12, 20211.0Worst customer service. 1 person working. Like out the door. After waiting 15 minutes, I wanted to drop off a package in a priority box. I’ve shipped out many boxes with pre labels before on a priority box. I’ve never had issues with this. Mail personnel gave me a hard time stating I could not ship out my package. My package was already postage paid. The difference in rules is just flat out confusing and frustrating. I’ll drop off my packages in other locations from now on.
