- MKMin KohAug 8, 20251.0If you want basic supplies or have simple requests, come here. I had one request which was to print e signature for a past delivery. The ladies said, “no, we don’t do that here.” I drove to edgewater post office and made the same request, the post master went to the back room, and printed it out without issue. Post master ladies are lazy here.

- LHLuch HaMay 8, 20231.0Update: July 2024. At the door at 9:15 am, 45 minutes after opening to drop off packages. Doors are locked! No employees in sight. Anybody know a good number to initiate an official complaint against persistent violations at this branch? Update: 1 year later (May 2024). Weathered significant traffic due to rain and construction to drop off packages at this location. Was at the door at 8:45am. It opens at 8:30 am. Employee had the doors locked. "Computers are down. Come back at 9 am". In the meantime, they are yacking on the phone inside. Is this supposed to be legal? Is there a supervisor who can fire and replace these people please? May 2023: Zero stars. Worst customer service. Rude. Mocking and laughing at customers. This office used to have competent employees until about two years ago, when they hired two new people. Since then, they can't move a finger to do anything. Cannot be bothered to do anything, every single mailing is a huge favor from those people. Should be happy they have a stable job and income, and someone hired them, because if this were not a Government owned entity, they would be out on the street, given lack of any skillset. Simply disgusting!
- RZR ZDec 10, 20221.0This is the worst post office I've ever been to. I asked for a receipt. She refused to give it to me and told me I could take a picture with my phone. She is reluctant to say many words, always one or two words. I'll be at the door at 12 noon on Saturday, sign closed. This does not correspond with the working hours of the post office. This is not the first time it has closed during working hours. Because I live in this town.
