The first time, after asking for a piece of scotch tape for my envelope, it turned into an unpleasant verbal exchange, which I believe resulted in my envelope never being delivered. Today I needed help with attaching a certified return receipt on an envelope and I was told "it's not my job" by the post office employee. I started going to Emerson Post Office after equally bad experiences at the Westwood Post Office. One would never get away with this kind of behavior either in a school district, or the corporate world!
