I had a terrible experience at this location today. I came in with a old priority mail box for aground shipment. In the past it didn't matter what box I used it only matters what the label said. I asked the woman if I could transfer the label to a new box. She told me she couldn't help. I asked her if we could cover the priority mail markings with a piece of tape or marker and again she told me she couldn't help. I have never been treated this way at this post office. The woman was incredibly sarcastic and rude and continued to berate me even after I quietly laid down a greeting card purchase I was about to make. Even after I ended the conversation she felt it was her right to have the last word and shout at me in front of another customer. I could still hear her shouting " it ain't a big deal just do it the right way" through the vestibule doors as I walked in the parking lot. I'm guessing she did this because she already felt embarrassed by her actions. I expect this complaint to go unnoticed as the other complaints have. This is a big reason why the post office fails in customer service and is losing money.

My husband and I have had several unpleasant experiences here since a change in staff. I dread going there & avoid it if possible
Once a teller with very long nails told me I was rude because I put coins on the counter (rather than in her hand) while I got paper $ from my wallet
Then another occasion when my husband was told they only take cash if it’s exact change
& recently I was yelled at because I was giving her the money before she was finished her transaction on computer
I Just prefer not to go there anymore
