Not helpful AT ALL, cutting people off when they’re trying to explain something. Not acknowledging that her system had a problem and blaming it on the customer. Very very bad. I went to Garfield’s post office and the nice man there did what she couldn’t do in less than a minute. Don’t go here if you’re shipping parcels, waste of time.

She’s absolutely disgustingly rude, it’s sick that you have people like that working for the post office. Why is she working there, if every encounter she has with someone is that way. She doesn’t give you proper communication, and is very short with her responses especially if you’re trying to get an explanation for something you don’t understand. GET HER OUT OF THERE, it’s people like this who make the entire post office look bad
