  Honestly, I would give this place 0 stars. I’m not sure if the young boy with curly hair and glasses is the store manager, but he’s always on the phone and it sounds like personal calls. He’s not helpful and is very rude, especially when it comes to returns. This location is definitely a downgrade compared to the Saddle Brook store that closed. All the 5 stars review seem like fake reviews created.

  This place is ridiculous. First time I came to return an Amazon package I was told I had to pay to have the lid taped. I have never been told I had to pay for tape at another store, but whatever. I came back today with another package already taped, and when the kid at the counter inspected it and saw I didn't need tape he proceeded to tell me Amazon requires I buy a box and pay for a shipping label. What a bunch of bs to trick people into spending money when Amazon return process says all you need to do is show your QR code.

  store manager (curly, blonde) is so rude/ he has own his rules opposite way to ups stores. he hates everyone who arrives in just before the closing time. all my neighbors have the same complaints about him and I don’t like to switch my location to another one but you can replace him with another store manager.

  Some staffs are helpful and some are just unhelpful. Always trying to see if they can somehow save cost and push more work toward the customer even though it is an amazon return with amazon requested box.

  During my return process, one of the employee was on a personal call during business hours at 9:45am on Tuesday and was unhelpful and unprofessional, insisting they only needed one of the boxes used to ship the product, even though both were part of the packaging and came together. I was left to dispose of the extra box myself as they refuse my ask if they can dispose , as what I'm going to do with an extra box? All the good reviews must came from bots as I don't see the raving experience. I brought in the package and the box that Amazon shipped to me, exactly as I was instructed to return. The staff opened the box, removed the item, and then told me to take the Amazon box for with me? This made absolutely no sense. This was part of the packaging. Doesn't make any sense
