  I put one item in Ebay it was plastic Bumper uniform and after i put measurements and weight the eBay buy it label from ups because the buyer pay it for shipping, and after 10 days I received they want to CHARGE ME 126.19 $ because currier make measurement by them. That’s is not TRUE im Engineer with profession and i know what i measure - First it was my first item selling through Ebay i don’t take any profit from that even im minus - Second if costumer pay for shipping why i can lowest dimension if HE PAY IT This is ABSURD to charge me that HEVY PRICE for nothing profit I ask also chatGPT and he confirmed that dimension they are correct Why Manager of ups story doesn’t take measurements in front of ME LIVE and i will CANCEL IT this order before i shipped Disappointed and SHAME Your team everyone there “your experts “ are NOT PROFESSIONAL and your SERVICE is HORRIBLE 0 star ALWAYS I leave this case to GOD ALMIGHTY he will JUDGE you for this

  I have had multiple concerning experiences at this UPS location regarding inconsistent pricing and policies. During my first visit, I needed to fax several documents. The staff quoted me a price that was four to five dollars higher than what I was later quoted by the UPS location in Fair Lawn for the same service. My second experience involved returning an item to Amazon. The UPS employees informed me that I was required to purchase a shipping box and print a label. However, the Amazon app provided me with a QR code and did not indicate that I needed to purchase any additional packaging or print a label. To clarify, I contacted Amazon directly, and they confirmed that I only needed to present the QR code and was not required to buy a box or print a label. I requested a confirmation email outlining the return policy and brought it back to the Elmwood Park UPS location. Despite showing this confirmation, the employee stated that it was their store policy to require customers to purchase a shipping box. I contacted Amazon again, and they reiterated that no box purchase was necessary. I then went to the UPS store in Fair Lawn, where they processed my return without any issue and without requiring me to purchase additional packaging. After reviewing Google reviews for this location, it appears that other customers have had similar experiences. I believe this matter warrants further review to ensure that customers are being treated fairly and consistently.
