They insisted on bags, which no other UPS location has ever asked me for—every other one has been polite and helpful. Because of this, I had to drive all the way back home to get bags and then return. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give this place a zero-star review. I was there around 11:45 AM.
