She berated the gentleman in front of me and then turned her attitude on me as well. Her behavior was rude, and she clearly needs retraining in customer service.

The lady at the counter is disrespectful and rude. she offended my mother and mistreat her because she don't speak english. I understand this is America and you need to speak the language but my mom was trying to communicate with her and, instead she through the receipt at her and walk away and act like my mother was nothing. this is discrimination. I would find out legally if there's anything we can do about this because for people like her, the world is the way it is.
