When I went to complain and showed them the labels, they didn’t take responsibility and blamed the UPS driver, and even the customer service people in the Philippines, saying they ‘have no idea what they’re doing.’ I showed them that the mistake was theirs—the same tracking number was on both receipts—but again, they said it wasn’t their fault. They wasted my time and money. I absolutely do NOT recommend them, and the manager—a bald guy with a bad attitude, irresponsible, and with zero customer service—was the worst part.
