  Good morning I was just in the store a young lady with curly hair. Literally ask some questions if you wanna pull the camera the time should be from 850 this morning to about 908. You can view the interaction yourself very disrespectful very unprofessional and I will be sending an email to corporate as well Also, I’m seeing a lot of Reviews about packages going missing if mine does not get returned properly. I have my receipt and you guys have record of this message I’m just here to add to my message because I saw you guys took the time to reply ? Did you listen to the video the way she spoke to me ? I was never upset about what needed to be done my question was exactly is this a new policy because I come here a lot she Proceeds to say, how are you gonna tell me to do my job My response was I’m not telling you how to do your job I’m asking questions… to understand and once she Snatched the monitor out of my hand and doing hand movements and yes I did get smart … so when you reply please make sure you go into full detail about what took place next time .. PSA the only reason why I didn’t go into detail the 1st time because I just assumed you guys would have a private chat but ok … have a good one

  Dishonest experience. I would not recommend this location. My wife went to mail a package from NJ to NYC. I assumed that the Store representative that helped her would handle the rest. Instead, she was asked "do you want 3 day or 5 day?" She chose the 3 day because 5 days would be too long. This is a scam. All UPS store workers must know that when shipping from NJ to NYC we use UPS Ground service for half the price and receive delivery the following day. I have used UPS for many years and Ground has always been overnight in the tri state area and is always the lowest cost option. Is business really so bad that you need to steal $15 from us? pathetic.

  I went to the Ups, 6692 on Elmora Ave Elizabeth nj, to send a big box to Doral Florida, 3 weeks ago with valuable decoration stones cases, and now my box is missing..

  I went to return a package yesterday but it was sent back to me because it was missing a label witch I highly appreciate it but the next day Apon returning the package to this store I confronted the same lady I confronted on the ring doorbell at my house! I said sorry I didn’t know I was missing a label? I got a response with a nasty Attuide “ if I didn’t return it to your house it would have been lost” and again I appreciate it but the attitude was not necessary! On the other hand the guy working at the counter was more patient and very understanding he helped me print the label witch I had to pay witch that is less then the problem! On top of all this she gossiped about me in Spanish to the ups guy in the back! Unfortunately it’s not my 1st time returning a package neither will it be my last time that’s why I prefer the little iPad kisok they have it’s easier anyways hope next time I try to return something I don’t get the same slack I had last time!
