Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us, he was fast, efficient, and still took the time to explain things clearly and make sure we were comfortable with each step. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a positive, friendly attitude. He made what could have been a stressful errand into an easy and pleasant experience. There were two girls one had a name tag, and one did not. She is tiny and skinny in structure . I receive the worst service ever from her! first of all she doesn’t listen. She messed up my whole return. Scanned it as a dropped off, then told me she cannot accept the packaging. I was Upset because I asked her beforehand If the packaging was OK and she said yes. She can’t even open packages with her Long nails! She’s just standing there Trying to be cute , she’s not proactive at all!!!! She’s not cut out for the job bring Jeremiah Back!!!
