My package was labeled- Held at usps location per customer's request. The guy didn't even attempt delivery. I watched him drop off my mail in the mail box and drive off while there is a package with signature confirmation in his truck. Then how convenient to blame it on the customer and not even set it up for re-delivery. I am beyond disgusted.
