  The people they have working here are so sweet and helpful. My hands are always full of kids and they get excited to help me take the package in! Its rare that people are so kind and good at their jobs. They deserve more than 5 stars for service and going above and beyond.

  I had a very disappointing experience at The UPS Store - Fire Road. I came in with a fairly large package and stood in line without being acknowledged. The employee behind the counter did not call me forward or address me until I gestured, and even then his response felt dismissive. Once I placed my package on the scale, the employee continued casual conversations with a coworker and another customer, joking and socializing while I stood there waiting for him to focus on my shipment. When he asked for my name, he repeatedly misspelled and mispronounced it—three times—even after I clearly and politely corrected him. My name is short and simple, and the lack of attention or effort came across as careless and disrespectful. At no point did I feel like my business mattered. I felt ignored, rushed aside, and treated as an afterthought while the employee prioritized conversations over helping me. Eventually, due to the ongoing lack of focus and professionalism, I decided not to proceed with the shipment and took my package with me. As I left, the employee sarcastically said, “Merry Christmas,” which only added to an already insulting experience. This is a time of year when professionalism and courtesy matter even more, and unfortunately, this location fell well short of that standard. I expect better attention, respect, and basic customer service from a business handling shipments and important packages.

  I was not greeted. When I got online or when I got to the front of the line. Like before, I dropped off an Amazon return, but it takes more than a day. For Amazon to realize that I've dropped it off. Even though I did receive a receipt.

  What a treat. It is always a hassle when you have to do a return, especially when you have to bring a little one with you. But I cannot say how much of a treat it is when I get to come in. They have a little PO Box for kiddos to open and get a sticker or small toy. My little one loves it and as soon as we get in to the store he runs over to the snail PO Box.
