- HHHLEE HL5 days ago1.0Went to this USPS office in Edison to send a package today. The lady behind the counter was so rude and arrogant. instead of answering questions about available shipping options and fees , she just rushed me to answer the yes/no questions on that tiny terminal instead. The bottom line, there was no communication, all she just did was rushing me and trying to get her “job” done in a hurry. My present or my questions was some annoyance to her . Yet, she found time to engage with her colleague casually while being very impatient with her work and customer. Thank you for a terrible service. USPS!

Right on route one… lots of parking outside.. we actually came here to take some printouts and some phtocopies , but they do not do that service ! Wish they had color printouts like UPS.. hope they also add notary services. Otherwise this place is good. Regular postal services are perfectly good… just that my purpose was not solved.. 4 stars .

- JQJessica QianMar 3, 20261.0Went in to return my package but no one was at the window. There was a sign telling me to ring the bell. I rang the bell twice and waited for 5minutes and no one showed up. I was in a rush and had to leave but this was as such a waste of time. Awful experience.

But you work at costumer service so your attitude should not be so bad towards costumers . I'm sorry for the people dealing with this type of problems. At the end there was no answer for my question. Only a nasty attitude from this lady. And there was more people and employees there and she had the same attitude cause she was talking the same way to everyone
