  They can’t print return labels here, a shipping center that can’t print labels is one of the most redundant things I’ve ever heard.

  horrible experience there was this dark skinned lady one of the most rudest people i have ever met in my life. i needed help on my return and couldn’t get any help don’t know how she was hired. if your having a bad day leave that at home no need to bring it to YOUR workplace and to the customers. asked her what box we should use and kept changing her answer. this is unacceptable fedex, ups would never do this. my first time needing to go to fedex and this is the experience?!? get better employees. if i could give zero stars i would but i cant.
