- PUPunhana МustafayevaJan 2, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this USPS location. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, spoke in a harsh and disrespectful manner, and showed no professionalism at all. I was simply asking a normal question, but I was treated as if I was doing something wrong. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially in a public service job. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and makes people uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training.

She did not answer questions properly and showed no interest in helping customers. However, I want to mention that the other employees were polite and helpful. The issue was clearly with one individual, not the entire staff

When receiving my package I noticed there was a huge hole in the box and someone already opened the package and tapped it back together. Despite the box stating “HANDLE WITH CARE & FRAGILE” In multiple locations the package was completely damaged! These Items were gifts that my sister brought back from another country (and were sentimental). They can not be replaced and to have them broken when receiving them is disheartening and ridiculous ! I reached out the USPS and they basically told me “sorry” but nothing could really be done about it.
