- QQQueenie QianFeb 22, 20261.0There is an Indian lady working there.She always gives customers a hard time.She never smiles and always complains about your package.and if you don't buy the stamps that she suggests, her face will suddenly turn angry.And she forces you to give her good service feedback at the post office!

The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, spoke in a harsh and disrespectful manner, and showed no professionalism at all. I was simply asking a normal question, but I was treated as if I was doing something wrong. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially in a public service job. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and makes people uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training.

She did not answer questions properly and showed no interest in helping customers. However, I want to mention that the other employees were polite and helpful. The issue was clearly with one individual, not the entire staff
