The employees act unprofessional and dismissive, almost like they think they’re doing customers a favor just by being there. Instead of helping, they give off attitude and make the experience unpleasant. It feels like the place is run by young kids who don’t care about service. Rude, rude, rude. Response to owner: No need for me to give you my phone number or exact timestamp I’m confident the staff knows exactly how they acted. Hopefully, you’ll spend less time rewinding tapes and more time addressing what’s clearly a repeat complaint.

Unfortunately, this time, on 9/19, I was met with unprofessional and inattentive service. he showed little patience and seemed rushed, making the interaction frustrating. The guy assisting me was very rude I could not get his name but he was from South Asia. He made me feel so unwelcome. This experience was completely unacceptable and has made me reconsider using this location in the future.

Upon arriving, I informed the staff that I wanted assistance to send out a package to a friend and then both associates (male and female) stared at one another to laugh. I asked what was funny but they said it was because of nothing. Upon providing my information, female associate stated I never used them before when I’ve been going to the facility for years. The rest of the interaction was met with rudeness and side conversations of Spanish between both male and female associate. While I did not catch their names, this happened on 9/17 at 530pm EST at store 2947 so I’m sure it will be easy to find who was scheduled. The optics was very unprofessional and if this is the bar the staff has created, I will gladly go to another facility and never recommend this place.
