Received a phone call at 8pm from Ana at RXO. Stated it was late and delivery will have to be rescheduled. Delivery was scheduled for Nov 20th 3-7. Delivery was made at 7:45pm. Delivery personnel were respectful but inexperienced. Personnel didnt know which direction to loosen the nut for the gas line. Also did not have proper tools to secure microwave. I had to provide the tool.

They followed up via email and text with the delivery time window and called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm I was expecting them. The delivery service was reliable, on-time, fast, kind, and professional. 100% satisfied!

Both items were delivered perfectly and when it came to remove the 2 items I requested, the delivery men chose to remove one item and not the other arguing with me that the second item requested to haul away was not on my order and to call the company as he had other deliveries to handle and didn't have time. After spending 3 days to have this corrected with both SAMSUNG and RXO (mostly automated services), instead of them apologizing and refunding my money, they had me as the middleman calling both parties separately to resolve the issue that they promised would be an easy fix. It was all a waste of time and they could not resolve the issue and did not even offer to refund my money. I had to request the refund. I will never use this service again. Stick to making purchasing with Home Depot or Best Buy that are way more reliable and provide real customer service.
