- DBD BSep 12, 20255.0I stopped in at the Raritan Center location today to have a package that was being held, returned to sender. I had no label other than a copy on my email and was told that the package was Ground and that it does not get shipped from there. The company waiting on the returned package told me that I could go to that location and have it shipped. I was going back and forth with them all day via email and getting driven crazy and given misinformation, apparently. Mr JR Andrews handled the transaction going above and beyond in a professional manner. I truly appreciated that and hope that he gets recognition for being such an excellent employee. I've been there before to send packages and dealt with him then also. I'm always impressed with his easy manner. Great employees are hard to come by. He's the best, I'm very impressed! 😁

She quickly understood my package's special (to me) components & immediately recommended Priority Overnight which made me feel my package was safe. I especially liked that both sender (me) & the recipient (my family member) were both sent the tracking information; which we watched together over the next 24 hours. Then my family member sent me a picture of her smiling & holding the item in excellent condition!
