- KGkim garciaNov 29, 20251.0horrible experience there was this dark skinned lady one of the most rudest people i have ever met in my life. i needed help on my return and couldn’t get any help don’t know how she was hired. if your having a bad day leave that at home no need to bring it to YOUR workplace and to the customers. asked her what box we should use and kept changing her answer. this is unacceptable fedex, ups would never do this. my first time needing to go to fedex and this is the experience?!? get better employees. if i could give zero stars i would but i cant.
- DBD BSep 12, 20255.0I stopped in at the Raritan Center location today to have a package that was being held, returned to sender. I had no label other than a copy on my email and was told that the package was Ground and that it does not get shipped from there. The company waiting on the returned package told me that I could go to that location and have it shipped. I was going back and forth with them all day via email and getting driven crazy and given misinformation, apparently. Mr JR Andrews handled the transaction going above and beyond in a professional manner. I truly appreciated that and hope that he gets recognition for being such an excellent employee. I've been there before to send packages and dealt with him then also. I'm always impressed with his easy manner. Great employees are hard to come by. He's the best, I'm very impressed! 😁
