They gave me a receipt for a small package that said 4lbs when the item was 7.5oz. I went back, took a photo of the package on the scale and had them reprint a receipt and the package magically got lighter and became 7.5oz. Since my package is 2nd day air, the additional 4lbs would have resulted in $200+ of additional postage. I dropped off a correctly weight package here before and got hit with a 35lb adjustment and because I didn't have a receipt with weight on it, (didn't get weighed so the receipt said 0), I wasn't able to prove the error/ malpractice.
