Her name alone speaks for her cause she is Jamielah, the sweetest and friendliest woman I’ve ever met. Jamielah is an angel formed in human. She chose to assist me after her shift was over to help me with my passport card application. Who does that nowadays? No one except Jamielah. She went above and beyond for me and showed me more than I ever expected. She’s the sweetest soul on the planet and I can never find the right words to just and compliment her. Her supervisor should be very proud. She’s an asset to the post office industry and any recruiter she works for. Thank you so much, Jamielah for the exceptional service. A+

I sawGlady delivering mail to my building and I ran downstairs to ask a question about a package I did not receive. She was so patient, and unbelievably helpful. Amazing energy and customer service. And, and she found my package in the broken locker my building has. Thank you Gladys for being so nice and helpful. I appreciate your service!!!
