- DDDavidMar 15, 20264.0This FedEd Ship Center is very good. Professionally run with knowledgeable staff. I have used them for packing with "Space Air Foam" which is very strong but won't damage fragile electronics as they can conform right to it. I had the same Air Foam in my New 12/25 Gaming PC INSIDE the pc! The stuff is amazing and as the name suggests, virtually weightless. Prices are very reasonable with decent value. This review is ONLY for the Ship Center. Their Delivery Service is an entirely different beast. Delivery can be rough, dropped, wrong house and a plethora of other abnormalities. So, you know, use FedEx at your own risk. I mean, it really can be a risk no matter if you are on the shipping end or receiving end. Ive had lots of issues. Others have too. With the exception of the terrific supervisor, every single driver from this facility has no respect for delivery instructions since I'd like to believe they can actually read English. If there's rain in the forecast and you were hoping the driver would have enough common sense to leave it out of the rain, no chance, you'll be lucky if the box doesn't disintegrate before you can get it. If the instructions say "leave upstairs" that goes right over their head and if it says "leave out of street view" I can guarantee you that it is intentionally placed IN street view. In fact they go out of their way to make sure it's visible. I feel bad for those who never got their packages because I'm sure given their eagerness to leave packages abutting garbage cans that they've been mistaken for trash and removed. There's also no accountability, we're on year FOUR of these drivers doing what they want and getting paid to do it.
