My carrier is phenomenal but their customer service there is beyond pitiful. There’s a small younger girl that works there that basically gives you useless info just to get you to go away that’s after waiting online for 30 minutes because USPS can only seem to staff one person at the front counter. Send that to your supervisor or “post master” who I can only imagine is as useless as everybody else. Starts at the top !

Sometimes it is very busy and the staff have remained courteous even though they are pressured. I always saw the post office as underrated. After all, they will take your message or package to anywhere in the world for a very reasonable fee. That's something!
