I was expecting an amazon package. It was a big package and the mail man couldn't fit it in the mailbox as there were already other packages in there. Our front door is 3 steps away where they always leave the bigger packages. He decided to take the package back instead of leaving it by the door. He didn't leave a notice either. I tried to schedule a redelivery using the usps website but after I filled in the form the submit button didn't work. Please do better....

Needed over night. Tells me it will b to much, I didn't mind the price. Very rude guy that surly doesn't like his job. Then I wanted to go ahead and tells me they don't accept cash either. I just walked out and went to UPS.

Your website needs to be updated if you are observing COVID-19 hours. The one time I needed to utilized the Post-Office your website states open till 4:00pm, NOT 1:00pm.

This place is a mess. I showed up for a passport with my child. We had it scheduled and everything was in the proper order. The guy at the front (who looked like a 1990s George Carlin) was completely rude. He told us that we weren’t scheduled (I had it on my phone and showed him), that the person responsible for doing the passports was at lunch (it was 11:25am), and that “maybe” when they got back from lunch “maybe they could help us. This is why the US Post Office is going out of business. These people are terrible. Only positive- my 5-yr old learned a new vocabulary word. Incompetent.
