- SRSean RosarioAug 19, 20251.0Pricing for notary services is listed as $2.50 per page. I came to UPS to have ONE PAGE notarized. I was asked for my license or identification to which I divide provided. Expecting to be charged 2.50 as advertised on their pricing screen above the registers, I was charged $5.00 instead. When questioning the employee why I am being charged 5.00, he told me it was a convenience fee of an extra $2.50. I said what is that for he told me for checking my license! So when I asked him, “let me get this straight, you’re charging me for checking my identification especially when you require it? Then you should list that fee on your pricing screen because it does not show it in your pricing above.” When I started to him the pricing doesn’t show that or show the convenience fees he simply looked at me as if he was dumbfounded by my question and raised his eyebrows as if to say, “oh well”. Totally unprofessional, and instead of justifying my question and statement with a logical response I was met with silence. Brand new location and already treating customers unfairly. I will not be using ups for anything anymore at ANY location. I will be using the USPS from now on for better pricing and better customer service and reliability. DON’T patronize this location unless you want to be treated like scum.
