  I’m so happy they opened a UPS Store near where I live! Jatin Patel is an excellent employee—very friendly, patient, and helpful. The location is always clean and well organized. I also love the self-service Amazon return station. It’s especially convenient when there’s a long line because you can quickly take care of your return on your own. Great experience overall!

  I went to this UPS Store today and had a great experience. The service was fast, efficient, and very organized. The staff helped me right away and made the whole process quick and easy.   Very helpful person at the counter and they are quick and efficient. When printing or scanning documents one should be aware that this location receives your personal documents in their individual email account which means they have access to your personal documents. That's not right. At other office service stores, your documents are received on their servers and their store employees do not have access to it.
