She was just shipping out a letter until the employee believed she was upset with her service. She then proceeded to yell at my mom while the manager came in and did the same. Please choose any other usps when your going to ship your stuff out.

The staff was extremely rude saying “we’re on lunch” with the front door wide open so I’m inside (the only customer here) trying to send a package and she really would not help. Never again.

I can honestly say that I cannot think of one positive thing about the US Post Offices in general no matter which office I've visited. Typical government employees with zero work ethic. These workers wouldn't last one day at UPS or FedEx.
