    I ordered same-day business cards and went to pick them up the next day. I called ahead but was left on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. In-store, I waited over 30 minutes at the Print & Marketing counter with no acknowledgment, while the staff helped customers who arrived after me. Multiple requests to the front-end cashier for assistance went nowhere, and the manager never came despite being called over the walkie-talkie. When I finally got someone’s attention, I was told my order hadn’t even been started, with no explanation, just a promise it would be done by 8pm that day. When I called later, the acting manager denied ever being contacted by staff. He acknowledged that the Print & Marketing Manager handled the situation poorly, but offered no solution. Despite the promise to have them done at 8pm that day, I returned the following day, and the cards were still not ready. Again, no reason was given. The associate that day was polite, but still couldn’t explain the delay. Overall, a huge waste of time with no communication, no accountability, and no customer service. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for business cards, especially if you’re on a deadline. Still don’t have my cards that I needed two days ago, and it was a small order.

    truly terrible customer service experience, from managers to staff they just all seem very unhappy to have people in the store and to have to answer questions. If I "could just see the price right there" myself, I promise i would not have gone hunting for help thru half the store! And service at the register was equally as bad.

    They had 5 people at the printer section all hanging out like it was a lunch break, wanted to order and happen to find out the printer was not working. Time wasted..

    Terrible service at the copies and printing department. I arrived here at 7 PM today, Tuesday, November 4th. A man assisted me and said, “Pay for those labels on the Avery website and I’ll print them.” I told him that in other Staples locations, the store charges me directly at the end. He insisted, saying, “Once you pay, I can print them.” I asked, “Are you sure?” and he said yes — another employee even confirmed it. I paid through the Avery website and showed them the virtual receipt, but they had no idea how to print it! I arrived early, waited, and he helped me with a terrible attitude. In the end, he admitted he didn’t know how to do it and told me to come back tomorrow morning. I explained that I work at the hospital from 7 AM to 7 PM, and all he said was “Sorry!” Unbelievable!
