He patiently worked with me for an hour and a half, as we together chose the best papers and sizes for my multiple baby shower game cards, signs and table cards. Almost all needed special sizing and cuts, plus some were double sided with different files. After all that, he took the order "off line" to help me understand the cost and made suggestions that saved me nearly 40%. The order was then prepared for me to pick up the next day. I couldn't be happier with the customer service or the final products! Thank you, Dave, Mike and the rest of the team. Well done, FedEx!! This local team is one of your finest!

I had a problem on the app I answered up, finishing it up on my app, but they printed out the shipping label for me . To print shipping and labels here is free, which I was surprised at that. No one really had any knowledge about the application for FedEx, but I was able to figure it out myself. They have computers here to do things through FedEx but they charge you. I did everything through my phone
