He should be working at a different institution, because he has no respect and tries to treat people as if they were animals; he discriminates against everyone.

Constantly putting mail in other people's mailbox. Sad part its a sign on the door asking them to read the names & numbers of each mailbox I shouldn't have to do their job... East Orange post office is the worst. I'll call corporate again tomorrow. Can not have an excuse about names on each box because it is. Horrible

The overall customer service was poor, and one of the older male employees was extremely rude and unhelpful. His tone and attitude toward customers were unprofessional, and it made the entire interaction uncomfortable. He spoke to customers in a disrespectful manner and showed little willingness to assist. This behavior is unacceptable, and customers should be treated with basic respect. I hope management takes this seriously and works to improve the service at this location.”

I called so many times because there was no attempt for redelivery and I was far from home, I couldn’t get to talk to anyone and I know for sure, somebody could hear that telephone ring. Wasting money on lazy people.
