If I could give this post office a zero I would. They are the most disrespectful and ill mannered people I’ve ever met. I only put 1 just so I’m able to take this survey. In their website it says walk-in passport m-f 8-9:45 I’ve been waiting since 7:45 and the nerve of the supervisor to not even come out and apologize that they aren’t offering that service for the day they have people standing and waiting for hours only got her to come out at St 9:30 with a line full of customers to say they are only talking 2 ppl. Instead of apologizing she made it seem as if it was our fault we were waiting in line for almost 2 hours. Without being seen. Went back the next day same situation and her response was we don’t have staff so we can’t go it. No respect of people time or anything what about having the person assisting clients at the desk give us that information. Absolutely the worst customer service ever and the fact that she wants to yell like the customers are in the setting for waiting.

This location is horrible. There's always a line, I came to pickup a package and had to wait almost 45 minutes on line with only two windows.

The worst USPS ever, there's a line all the way to the back of the Post Office. They aren't doing passports. There are 3 clerks and only 2 of them are working. The 1 with the blonde hair is standing there on her phone. I'm certain that she isn't a natural blonde either.

If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would. I called back to back for 3 hours straight (not exaggerating) not a single answer. When I did finally get an answer they didn’t speak. There was background noise and then they hung up. The call lasted 2 seconds. I just so happened to run into a delivery driver on my way home, they said they only delivered packages and had to wait for the courier. 2 minutes later I got a message saying my package was delivered. It wasn’t delivered. Then the post office says I have to give at least 48 hours before claiming it’s missing or undelivered even though it is marked as delivered. Call the overall customer service number, no matter what you say, no matter what buttons you push, you can’t reach a human. Call the specific post office, it rings for hours, and it’s not like there’s only 1 person working. After day 2 of trying, I went in person, there’s 3 people sitting around doing nothing and only 2 customers in the building. They weren’t even at the counter they were at their mail boxes or purchased tape to tape a package.
