The worst USPS ever, there's a line all the way to the back of the Post Office. They aren't doing passports. There are 3 clerks and only 2 of them are working. The 1 with the blonde hair is standing there on her phone. I'm certain that she isn't a natural blonde either.

If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would. I called back to back for 3 hours straight (not exaggerating) not a single answer. When I did finally get an answer they didn’t speak. There was background noise and then they hung up. The call lasted 2 seconds. I just so happened to run into a delivery driver on my way home, they said they only delivered packages and had to wait for the courier. 2 minutes later I got a message saying my package was delivered. It wasn’t delivered. Then the post office says I have to give at least 48 hours before claiming it’s missing or undelivered even though it is marked as delivered. Call the overall customer service number, no matter what you say, no matter what buttons you push, you can’t reach a human. Call the specific post office, it rings for hours, and it’s not like there’s only 1 person working. After day 2 of trying, I went in person, there’s 3 people sitting around doing nothing and only 2 customers in the building. They weren’t even at the counter they were at their mail boxes or purchased tape to tape a package.

Review for USPS – Case #83324803 My case (#83324803) was closed without resolving anything. USPS has failed to deliver to my home for years, even though every other carrier delivers safely without issue. Packages were left in unsecured areas, stolen multiple times, and instead of fixing the problem, the local branch suspended delivery altogether. I’ve been forced to pick up every package at the post office, costing time, money, and unnecessary frustration. This issue should never have escalated this far, and closing the case without action is unacceptable. I’m requesting immediate escalation and reinstatement of proper delivery service.

I will never go to this office again I mailed out a package on 11/12 they shipped my package to the wrong destination it was going the wrong way and now my package has been delayed for several days now when I paid for 2-5days shipping, there's no way my package should of ended up in NYC, then back to NJ at several locations.
