Everytime I come to this post office the customer service is horrible , she’s rude , she makes you wait 10-15 mins before she even acknowledges you meanwhile it’s empty just me standing at the window waiting patiently! I use this post office because it’s convenient and literally across the street from where I reside . Today is the last straw for me , 6/3/25 10:20 am
I came in to drop off a package, I needed some scissors to cut the tape I asked can I borrow some . She says we don’t loan out scissors for security purposes she goes on to say you lucky if I let you use pen . And the tone of her voice came off very rude . She’s miserable and she shouldn’t be in the business of customer service . She doesn’t care because she knows the Post office will protect her job and it’s ashame .having a 2.9 rating for bad customer service says a lot and needs to be addressed. I will be sure to go over her heard , she don’t know who I know

Ghettofied at it's best. Customer service is RUDE. I received an out of town delivery from a funeral home. The woman behind the counter shook the package and said "Good thing it's not a body." I solemnly replied, "Ma'am, it's my son's remains."
Another time, I arrived at 8:35 am ) post office hours starts at 8:30. Did not open until 8:50. I wish my deliveries were at another post office. I do not like this AT ALL.
I can go on and on, but I will stop here.
