Made my mother go and wait at the back on the line 3x after asking where to put the label on the box. The lady would not answer my mom and just kept taking care of the other people in the store. Terrible service and it’s sad to see someone come to work with so much anger and hatred in their life. They should take care of their personal problems before coming to work because that’s not the place to show it. UPS took care of her no problem tho. The guy said we had two different options on how we want to ship it and he even put the label on himself. Never coming back to this post office in East Hanover
