  Tried charging me 10 bucks to put tape on a box. Different from last year and the lady included a free scolding and a lecture I kept telling her I didn't want.

  Very poor service. They charge you for services, for Amazon returns. Where it clearly states no labels required.

  This store is a scam. 1. First, the store timing isn't what shows on UPS store finder or Google Maps or other sites. They decided to close the store on Saturday and Sunday at 3 PM even though UPS.com shows closing time as 4 PM and Google Maps shows 3:30 PM. 2. When you go to dropoff, they will find a way to make you purchase something at the store. I was there to return Nike.com stuff and Nike clearly said to just bring the QR code. The lady at the UPS store refused to even see the Nike email. She said buy the tape ($7.99) to close the open cardboard box. I simply went to Target in the same complex and bought the same tape for $3.99 and went to store - and bingo - the lady closed the door even though it was just 3:15 PM. There was another customer who was left stranded like me. PS: I left the box open in case they'd want to count the # of shoe boxes I was returning. 3. The staff is rude. I get it - they perhaps don't like to process and handle returns for other businesses; but to speak to people coming in rudely is literally saying - don't come here.

  Stopped by on the evening of 12/2/25. The two employees working were extremely nice and friendly so I felt I had to leave a review. To be clear, all I did was drop off a package with the label already on it. Maybe it’s just because the store I usually go to the workers are so rude. Even though I’m in there several times a week, they act like they’ve never seen me before, have no idea why I’m there, and assume I don’t know what I’m doing. This store was like a breath of fresh air. If only it wasn’t 40 minutes away.
